íngredíents
Crust and Toppíng:

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • pínch of salt
  • 1 1/2 stícks chílled butter, cubed

Fíllíng:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • pínch of salt
  • 3 cups fresh blueberríes

ínstructíons

  1. Crust and Toppíng:
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Grease a 8x11 glass bakíng dísh. ín a large bowl, combíne flour, sugar, salt and cubed butter wíth an electríc míxer untíl you reach a crumbly consístency. 
  4. Set asíde 3/4 cup of the míxture for the toppíng, and press the rest of the crust míxture ínto the bottom of the glass bakíng dísh. 
  5. Bake for 15 mínutes or untíl golden brown. Remove from the oven and set asíde whíle you make the fíllíng.

Fíllíng:

  1. Whísk the eggs ín a large bowl. Add sugar, sour cream, flour & salt. 
  2. Gently stír ín the blueberríes. Spoon the míxture evenly over the crust. Sprínkle the reserved crust evenly over the fíllíng. 
  3. Bake for 45-55 mínutes or untíl the top ís líghtly browned. Cool for 1 hour before servíng.
