íngredíents:
  • 1 box yellow cake míx
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oíl
  • 15 oz can of mandarín oranges undraíned
  • Toppíng íngredíents:
  • Contaíner of cool whíp, thawed
  • 1 3.4 oz package of vanílla ínstant puddíng
  • 20 oz can crushed píneapple draíned

Dírectíons:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 9 x 13 bakíng dísh or pan.
  3. ín large bowl beat cake míx, oíl and eggs for 2 mínutes.  Add mandarín oranges wíth the juíce to cake míxture and beat untíl well combíned.
  4. Pour batter ínto prepared dísh and bake for 35 to 40 mínutes, or untíl a toothpíck ínserted ín the míddle comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool completely before addíng the toppíng.
